Service Description

This certified training program is perfect for any Lash Tech that has already taken their Classic Eyelash Extension Course and wants to level up and take the next step in growing their business! This course is also great for anyone that has already taken volume training and just wants to freshen up on their volume skills. This course will give you all the fundamentals and technical skills to successfully and confidently apply volume lashes and build your own lash empire! Duration: 1 Online - 1 In Person : 8:30 - 4:30 A live model will be needed at 1:30pm. The model is the students responsibility to provide for themselves, if they cannot find one or their model cancels, let The Kollective know and we can try to help.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum 48 BUSINESS hours notice must be given to reschedule or cancel appointments. Not giving 48 hrs notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service charge and an a $25 deposit via E-Transfer to secure any future appointments; by agreeing to our booking/cancellation policy, you authorize The Kollective to accept your Transfer per cancellation policy. Please, be considerate of time for all scheduled appointments and arrive on time, if you are 15 minutes late or more to your appointment it will either be automatically cancelled and considered a last minute cancellation resulting in a fee or we can continue with your service that will still end on schedule making it shorter then usual, but will still be the full service charge. It is ultimately your responsibility to remember your scheduled appointments, since The Kollective offers appointment reminders after we collect your contact info at the time of booking your appointment and on your client intake form with your permission. IF you NO SHOW your appointment, They Kollective will charge a no-show fee of 100% of the booked service, and future appointments will need to be prepaid at the discretion of The Kollective. At The Kollective there are a no refund no money back **By making appointments with The Kollective you are agreeing to these terms.
