Cancellation/ Late/No Show Policy

As a small business, part of our success depends on a mutual respect of time. Cancellation & No show policy 
A minimum 48 BUSINESS hours notice must be given to reschedule or cancel appointments. Not giving 48 hrs notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service charge and an a $25 deposit via E-Transfer to secure any future appointments; by agreeing to our booking/cancellation policy, you authorize The Kollective to accept your Transfer per cancellation policy. Please, be considerate of time for all scheduled appointments and arrive on time, if you are 15 minutes late or more to your appointment it will either be automatically cancelled and considered a last minute cancellation resulting in a fee or we can continue with your service that will still end on schedule making it shorter then usual, but will still be the full service charge. It is ultimately your responsibility to remember your scheduled appointments, since The Kollective offers appointment reminders after we collect your contact info at the time of booking your appointment and on your client intake form with your permission. IF you NO SHOW your appointment, The Kollective will charge a no-show fee of 100% of the booked service, and future appointments will need to be prepaid at the discretion of The Kollective. At The Kollective there is a no refund policy**By making appointments with The Kollective you are agreeing to these terms.

Results Are Not Guaranteed 

The Kollective offers the highest degree of detail and dedication to all procedures; however, results will vary for each individual. Following the pre-procedure instructions as well as the aftercare will help to ensure that you get the best results possible. Other factors such as how your skin heals and retains pigment will greatly contribute to the final results. Therefore, The Kollective offers no guarantee for healed results.

*Additional touchups may be required to achieve optimal results. For brows, the use of cosmetic products may still be required to achieve your desired look. The Kollective does not offer REFUNDS. *

Corrective or Existing Brow Tattoos 

*If your previous permanent makeup service was completed elsewhere the touch up pricing will very.

The Kollective cannot guarantee results for corrective or cover-up work. If previous work is too dark, discoloured or misshaped, tattoo removal is highly recommended before booking a cosmetic tattoo appointment. Corrective/cover-up work generally requires multiple sessions and additional touchups will be charged accordingly.

Procedure Refusal

The Kollective may refuse to perform procedures on clients that we deem unfit for undergoing the service for safety reasons. This includes all clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Our prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Payment & Refunds

DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE (but they can be transferred to other services if correct reschedule or cancellation occurs). Deposits are only valid for 12 months after they are paid, after 12 months they are unable to be refunded or used towards services. 
• All Brow appointments require a $50 deposit that is not refundable and non transferable once sent.

• All Full set and New client fills for lash extensions require a $20 deposit that is not refundable and non transferable once sent.

•For remaining balance CASH is preferred. If you decide to send an EMT please ensure to ADD TAX, if you would like to pay in cash you would be exempt from adding on tax.
